Add GRNSWP colors
This should be correct I think....but it still doesn't display correctly :-/
Color values used for isolating green channels fixed (found that these should be RGB565). Fixed main routine to perform Green Swap - needed a swap buffer to prevent overwriting green channel on previous pixel before we get a chance to swap it!

This implements Green Swap mode as described/requested in issue #235.
I used the implementation in mgba as a reference (Commit details are here - mgba-emu/mgba@c825c57).
