Standardize game genres in Sony Playstation and Sony Playstation 2? #1407

Hi,

I noticed that game genres in dats for Sony Playstation 1 and Sony Playstation 2 are different from the rest of libretrodb, and even between games. For example, there are the following genres only there:

Beat'em Up / Fighting.
Beat'em Up.
Beat'em Up  / Fighting
Beat'em up

While there is margin for a better classification system in the libretrodb, I think that for now, the best option is to just use the categories that other systems use.
