[3DS][Post Large PR] Freezes Intermittently #143

Actually less than ten minutes after posting this I had the issue happen again during a transition screen. This time without using fast forward. |
Looks like this may have had something to do with the audio filter. The latest nightly hasn’t frozen on me. |
This issue still exists with the latest nightly. Freezes on New 3DS with Dynarec on or off. |
In what type of images is this happening? 32X, MD, MCD? |
This is happening with .md files. It is the only core in which this happens on my New 3DS. What I describe as a transition screen is just the screen that pops up after a level is complete. Usually Aladdin or Abu is running across the screen. |
Is it completely locking up, or is the retroarch menu still accessible? |
Completely locking up. Wish I could provide more information. |

Could you provide me one more information: which version of Aladdin are you using? Please include region and md5sum if possible. |
I fixed several bugs arounf savin/loading states, which might help here. Please check again. |
Using the nightly from 23-Dec I have had PicoDrive lock up my 3DS requiring a reboot multiple times. Each time it has happened in Aladdin when using the fast-forward function. It seems to work fine in game but once there is a transition screen (e.g., after a level) if the core is in fast-forward mode, the whole thing locks up.
