"Unable to execute" error when trying to Open File with path longer than 130 characters on Windows #114

I know that some programs struggle with paths longer than 255 characters, but 130 seems pretty low.

The error message dialog even shows the path truncated like this:

Unable to execute:
   Image_file "c:\\some\\normal-sided\\path\\...\\.......\\1234567890.pn"

Oh heh yes, that is low. Something for nip4.
