Instant confirmation transaction (not 77 seconds later)

BUG/UI Jumper: A transaction is already 77 seconds in my account before jumper says transaction completed. Update the onchain balance checker so people get the confirmation message faster, instead of waiting 77 seconds to get a confirmation while the funds are already there, big user experience improvement imo.

Yeah this is a good feedback. We are very aware. We are updating transactions every 30 seconds. We might reduce this waiting time. It's a matter of cost and load since we have hundred thousands of transactions per day.
