Snippet inclusion: switch off link to GitHub per snippet #420

The snippet "link to GitHub" can be switched off for all inclusions.
If the snippet includes generated sources there is nothing to link to and the link should not be generated.
A flag in the directive properties would be a good solution, I guess.
