LDK Releases

• 0.0.124 (https://github.com/lightningdevkit/rust-lightning/milestone/42)
  • 2 weeks ago was bitcoin conf in nashville
  • Last week was rust bitcoin summit
  • So things were a bit slow the last few weeks, but some progress was made
  • Still a handful of PRs to merge
  • Hopefully we can get things over the line by next week
  • Still need to do rust bitcoin 0.32 upgrade, they’ve been helpful, a few bolt 12 things

LDK Node Release

• 0.4 (https://github.com/lightningdevkit/ldk-node/milestone/4)
  • LSPS1 client side integration progress getting there
  • Rust-bitcoin summit, bdk 1.0 beta is out
  • We can upgrade bdk dep once LDK upgrades rust-bitcoin to 0.32

Language bindings

• Should be a handful of bug fixes here in the next release
• Developer support

Feature progress

• Async payments
  • Made progress on trampoline spec with t-bast
  • One of the final async receive PRs should go up this week
  • Somewhat blocked on the release but progress should resume in the next 2 weeks
• RGS
  • Arik: in need of review, but also currently prioritizing the release
• VSS
  • Merged 2 PRs server side, one for custom authorization/JWT verification
  • Client side: willem’s PR is close to merge for LNURL auth using JWT
  • Dual funding
  • Waiting on dunxen who’s been focused on the release
• Splicing
