I think that when a node initiates a colaborative close and after making an initial fee proposal, receives a response with a higher fee proposal and the remote node was the opener of the channel it should be automatically accepted and end negociation.
For example:

Here my node initatiates the colaborative close with a proposal of 195 sats. The other node response with 405 sats. My node should accept it since the other node was the opener of the channel and he will pay the closing transaction. He is OK with that, so am I.
