What's up with the anchor sweeps?

I recently had some force closes due to stuck HTLC
It seems that all the anchors from these transactions were swept by someone else, and the way these anchors of 330 sats are bulk collected makes me wonder if someone on the lightning network is speculating in crashing nodes and skimming anchors?
