Investigate to setup CI/CD to run integration_test for Mobile

Desc:

• to run integration_test (e2e test), we need to run in mobile devices
• flutter team using Patrol https://patrol.leancode.co/ to write tests
• right now, we should to find the way to build an CI/CD system to run this kind of tests
• you can use this branch: POC integration test for Mobile with Patrol #2953 to work with
• to run integration_test:

patrol test

all *_test.dart files in integration_test folder will be executed.

DoD:

• find the good tools to support it
• should have a small statistical comparison between provider (also price if needed)
• setup to run in every PR automatically
• setup to run in every release automatically
• setup to trigger to run it manually: by tag or any button in UI somewhere
