Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have a set of reports that are dynamically internationalized. The "Select All Label" expects a free text as input and as such doesn't allow dynamic changes based on user-culture language.
Describe the solution you'd like
The preferred solution would be to have the "Select All Label" accepting a measure as an input ("fx").
Describe alternatives you've considered
Power BI Slicer changes the label intrinsically (the label itself is fixed and can't be adjusted as free text), but we can't use this visual type as it doesn't have the option to hide empty members.
Additional context
We are using the external tool Translation Builder to add languages and translations to the Power BI Desktop file, that is then displayed in user's language when published to the Power BI Services.
