Upgrading plugins on new Lite XL version #126

When a new Lite XL version is installed and it has an incompatible modversion, lpm should ask the user to upgrade the plugins.

  1. Automatically update the plugin
  2. If there is no compatible plugin, disable the plugin and write in the log
