Plugin Manager: Show hanging on load

Hello! Just installed Lite-XL 2.1.5 and lpm 1.3.1-4-g2a36d05-x86_64-windows on Windows 10.0.19045. After running lpm install plugin_manager --assume-yes, I reloaded Lite XL and ran Plugin Manager: Show. This tried to install the thread repo. The installation bar filled all the way, but the UI never moved on to another view so I closed Lite XL and reopened it. Now, when running Plugin Manager: Show, it just hangs on "Loading...". I also tried installing thread using the CLI which installed thread version 1.3 x86_windows but did not solve it.
