Support *.live.md extension

I occasional open livemd file with other editors(VSCode, or Helix), luckily most editors support specifying custom extension with syntax, but it would be better if the file is just a md so no additional config needed.

There are tradeoffs, but I would prefer keeping a single extension for consistency. Just to give an example, searching for notebooks with GitHub search would require specifying (and knowing about) multiple extensions. @josevalim if you have other preference, let me know :)

I agree having two extensions is suboptimal at this point. For what is worth, it is usually easy to tell your editor to open a given filename or file in a particular format. There are often setting on the bottom right.

While, I asked this because my use case for Livebook is main as my personal Wiki, before meet Livebook before I never tried Elixir and have any plan to use it, but after using Livebook I am quite interested in it now and started to learning some basics.

But I still want to be able to edit the Livebook on my iPhone, on iOS md is very widely supported but not livemd. Most editor treat it as plain text and not able to manual override.

I would recommend Working Copy for this

Yea it's ok with WorkingCopy. Currently I am using Runestone which also support, most importantly it can edit my files served as WebDAV, by another app Owlfiles.. 😅
