配置文件中"service-discovery"部分，multicast、port这些内容应该怎么根据自己的Android设备进行设置。有没有参考的内容呢？

start service时报错： create_server_endpoint Server endpoint creation failed. Reason: open: Operation not permitted Port: 30490 (reliable=unreliable)
