…eChecksStore really has an adequate item in it - This should prevent that items getting accidentially deleted that doesn't belong to the current thread.

The implementation no longer removes SOME itRoleCheck just when RoleChecksStore really has an adequate item in it - This should prevent that items getting accidentially deleted that doesn't belong to the current thread.
