[Suggestion] Bring back [Trade] chatter

Let me preface by saying this is the lowest priority suggestion I can think of. ;)

A long, long time ago the initial working versions of this module let the bots spam trade with random banter like one would expect on a live server. While the behaviors and performance of the modern playerbots module are lightyears ahead of where it was, this one tiny feature quietly disappeared. It really made my private haven feel more alive.

Any chance we can get that part working again? Preferably with a toggle to enable the feature for those who prefer it quiet as it currently is.
