ASAP --> How to edit filters, enhance features, and customize Fooocus V2 settings

most of this stuff contradicts, says high quality then says grain, etc. I want to tag along my stuff to the default so when I check mark it it should do those things, and rename the filters, Example (good for People photography) etc. cause I don't want my buildings looking cute with perfect eyes loll.... lets help a guy out! thank you. tried editing where i thought it was but it wasnt in the json file or the edit had no effect even after starting again,
