The log format of xapi in the different XenServer versions

The function formatting the log messages of xapi in the different XenServer releases:

• in XS Dundee, xapi has moved to the new Debug module in xcp-idl: xenserver/xen-api@ ab4a34f & xapi-project/xen-api-libs-transitional @113e1a3. From Dundee up to the newest development version of XS (Inverness), the format function, found in the lib directory of the xcp-idl repository is responsible for formatting log messages. The formatting of the log messages has not changed since Dundee.
• for XS Cream: the make_log_message function found in log/debug.ml in the cream-bugfix branch of xen-api-libs. The only difference in the log files of Cream compared to Dundee is that the thread ID (after the hostname; the third item) is not followed by a space if the origin (thread name) field is empty.
