Web Interface for Logicmoo MUD

I've ported webconsole over to a new namespace, mudconsole, so we can modify it.

It provides mc_ask , mc_format, and mc_html to communicate with the web page.

Now I need to interact with Douglas to find out how to wire it in.

Also, would like to consider disabling the console. It's going to be messy to maintain, I'm not sure what it buys us.
