Hello! You can lower input lag (and lag in general) by using Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi, lowering the resolution and increasing the framerate, that's pretty much it.

Also make sure that the devices are using hardware encoding an decoding. Commonly either the server or the client is not set up properly to do the hardware incode/decode, so you end up streaming in software encode/decode, which is a lot slower/laggyer.

Also sometimes limiting the framerate to 30FPS will improve things, because a lot of underpowered devices can't handle 60FPS video.
