This is a follow-up for #3718 and #3922.

Write content for docs/site/migration/cli.md, describe how to "upgrade" LB3-CLI-based workflow to lb4.

Quoting from #3922 (review):

Maybe add one section to cover some of the lb CLI commands, such as lb swagger and lb soap.

Acceptance criteria

  • Describe how to map LB3 CLI commands to LB4 CLI.
    • List LB3 commands which have a similar command in LB4
    • List LB3 commands that have no equivalent in LB4, and what are the LB4 workarounds if any
    • List LB4 commands that have no equivalent in LB3, and why LB3 didn't have them (e.g. LB3 didn't have observers or interceptors etc)
