Hi @arghya2801 and thank you for your request. The editor does not directly support markdown as a format, but it supports markdown like input. That's a bit of a difference, so it is not as easy to handle the conversion, as the markdown format would not be able to handle a lot of custom values. Yet it may be possible, if markdown users sacrifice functionality of the app in return. So tldr: it's more than you think as the editor does not actually support markdown. |

This app by default stores journal entries in json format. I would liek to journal on my phone sometimes as well, where I am unaware of a good json editor.
If there was an option to store those files as markdown files instead, this would become very easy. I am not sure if it will be difficult or not, but since the editor supports markdown, I don't think it should be too much to ask.
I would really appreciate this.
