It would be cool to add a little more documentation (either to the README or to the website). I find the UI to be very intuitive and beautiful, but I almost uninstalled when I saw the word "Database" in the preferences. Then I looked and saw JSON full of HTML and my heart swelled with joy. I'd be happy to make a pull request with some edits. It would be useful to provide info about the storage format, the fact that Linked uses Markdown, what exactly the "Repair database now" button does, and so on.
