XMLMasterdataParser for v2_0

Any thoughts about adding an XMLMasterDataParser for the v2_0 capture endpoint? From my testing it appears any cbv data included in a post to that endpoint is just quietly dropped right now.

That's right, at the moment the CBV master data are not parsed in the v2.0 endpoints and are simply omitted.
It's planned to be included, but the focus was put first on the event capture.

I see it's been added in v2.2.3. I did some basic tests and confirmed it appears to be working. Thank you for that!
