Your extension manager is clean, compact and just great. A possibility of using it in a Vivaldi side panel would make it more appealing for me.
Could the menu setting page be set to the same theme the menu?
Thanks, Pizzapops
Note: I have returned to Vivaldi after five years of frustration with Firefox. My current Fx 79 uses 50 extensions, 18 JS files and 71 CSS file to make it tolerable. The work of Aris-t2 has been invaluable.

Thanks for your interest. As long as Vivaldi doesn’t provide a dedicated API to access the panel, I’m afraid we won’t be able to take advantage of it. And yeah, the menu setting page could share the theme with the menu. In a future update this will likely be one of the improvements, alongside more themes and possibly switchable groups.
