Self-hosted Rallly instance on Docker.

Created an admin by registering after install. I kept the browser opened with the first admin logged on.
For other reasons, I had to reinstall (also deleting). Opened the site with another browser, made another admin registration with the same email.
Result: the first and the second admin were two distinct users, fully operational and one could not view the other's polls.
In the DB there is only one user (the second) but two watchers and all the polls created by both (wich reveals the absence of foreign keys?).
