Approximate function with both PDE and data in certain points

I have a use case where I try to find the best fit for

• PDE with a few unknown parameters, and
• a number of (measured) points within the domain.
  Is there a good way to perform this task using DeepXDE? I would maybe try to build the list of BC points manually. Is there a better way? Any example I can look at?

I answer myself since there is an appropriate BC in DeepXDE - dde.icbc.PointSetBC and it is working as expected. There is also an example employing this type of boundary condition.
