Adapted from Mihai's petroGG and has been modified as follows:
- Made an input function to handle LAS files using lasio, no need to convert to txt
- Simplyfying vshale calculation so you can call directly to the function. Iteration are put inside the function
- Added Indonesia and Modified Simandoux for water saturation estimation
