[Feature Request] Being able to make exceptions for the runner system settings

So what I mean is,I have some system settings set for the runner so I don't have to set it for every game seperately.
The problem is that those settings don't work for every game,so I want to change those for some games,but the problem is that if I do it,then it changes to the runner options again and I don't want to change the runner options everytime I wanna play another game.
