Steam game setting set game OS #97

All Steam games manually added to Steam are categorized under the Linux platform but many games that are added manually are Windows games running in Proton. Please add a setting for every game using the Steam runner to set what OS the game is. Please have the following options available in the OS setting

Windows
Linux
