add nuclear option for dep nag not appearing #19

You can do something like the following to potentially force the dep nag to appear:

rm /var/db/ConfigurationProfiles/.cloudConfig*
rm /var/db/ConfigurationProfiles/.noActivationRecord
touch /var/db/ConfigurationProfiles/.cloudConfigHasActivationRecord
/usr/libexec/mdmclient dep nag

since this requires root, and should be a last ditch effort, it would be an admin provided override.
