I have this type of problem, the image from the cameras is displayed to me, but I can't start it continuously, despite the option selected, in the main window where I have all the cameras, the image from all the cameras is refreshed every 10 seconds, and when I click on a given image, the view opens from the camera, but it is stationary, pressing the play key does nothing either. My recorder is 7608NI-I2a and the cameras are DS-2CD2046G2-I.
