Shortcode conversion to block when opening classic post in block editor

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

As the title notes, if there's a post with the Mailchimp shortcode included within it and that post is opened in the block editor we should attempt to convert that shortcode to the Mailchimp block with respective settings from the Mailchimp plugin's (shortcode) settings mapped to any custom configurations available within the Mailchimp block.
