Solarized theme for git bash/mintty

Installation

Obviously windows only
Either copy the files in the themes directory manually into ~/.mintty/themes or run ./setup.sh which will copy the files for you
Right-click in your mintty terminal and use the options menu to select either solarized_dark or solarized_light as the theme
