We are releasing 1.6.3.0 full version and the 1.6.4.0 patch. 1.6.3.0 adds support for mixed Windows/Linux configurations, support for Rocky 8.7,9 and Ubuntu 22.04, and many other stabilizations and improvements. 1.6.4.0 patches an issue where a delayed ping response at the start of a synchronization could result in a disconnection.
1.6.2 two main features(system memory usage collection, highwater congestion detection) have been added, and from this version on, Rocky Linux is supported.
1.6.1 provides the bsrmon utility for performance monitoring. It is based on debugfs and outputs the performance metrics of bsr to the command line and saves them to a file.
We have finally released the full version of bsr 1.6. Thanks to the many developers who contributed to the bsr project. (Special contributions from sachoi, swhan, nglee, and smgo.) It is expected that bsr will contribute a lot to the block replication open source industry.
bsr 1.6-A7 is released. Now we are almost finished with the bsr alpha test. We look forward to releasing the stable 1.6 version soon.
We are currently working on the final stage of bsr 1.6-PA5.
The characteristics of bsr are Fast and Stable, functionally providing FastSync, FastOV, and stable and efficient synchronization policy in n-node mesh network.
The next version is the first ALPHA version of 1.6, and the full source code of bsr will be pushed when 1.6-A1 is released.
Thank you.
