Hi,
there is an issue with the selected project: if ProjectA is selected and the bugList contains issues from [ProjectA,ProjectB,ProjectC] then the filter fails.
Possible fix: set the selected project to "All Projects" before loading the filter.

@lbayle I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "the filter fails".
In the example you give, what the plugin does is only return the issues visible in the selected project, which is the expected behavior IMO. If you want to select issues across projects, then you should first select All Projects before defining your filter.
