Refresh Maven Central Credentials

When uploads to Maven Central fail due to permission errors, you need to refresh the OSSRH_PASSWORD secret.

  1. Log in to https://s01.oss.sonatype.org/ with the login details in Bitwarden.
  2. Go to Profile > User Token
  3. Access New User Token and re-enter password
  4. Set OSSRH_USERNAME and OSSRH_PASSWORD on GitHub to the values shown.
