input fields are draggable when draggable set to false IE 11

This also crashes IE 11. I've been trying to figure out a way to fix this myself but haven't got far.

Bump @marceljuenemann we need this change in your library and have waited a month, would love to not fork. Any chance you can take a look at the PR??

I currently have no Windows machine to test this, will try to take a look next month. If you need it urgently just fork/patch the file you are using, I don't release new versions very often.
