Unable to setup with simulator or device #2

no simulators are available & I cannot install the project on my phone. iOS 15.1.1 12 Pro, & Xcode 13.1

Looks like a USB port problem. Try using another cable

I’ve tried on 2 different macs. One of them a fresh install & the same xcode version the issue persists. & it’s not a USB issue because then my other projects wouldn’t work either. So it’s a configuration issue with the project. What Xcode version are you using for the project?

I am on iOS 15.0 13 Pro, & Xcode 13.2.1
