How can we distinguish between normal numbers and years between 1100 and 1999? #5

The Upper (and Lower) Sorbian structure is the same as German in this regard. Maybe it could be solved for most cases by looking for a form of "lěto" (year) before the number but I guess there will still be unsolvable cases because "lěto" is optional. So then the question is, what should be the default.
