Import / export of notes

Hi,

I would appreciate if someone could point out to me how to import / exports notes into massCode. Since the tool is already at version 3.11, it would seem that such a functionality must exist by now, but I have not been able to find it. For example, how would one go about importing either text or Markdown-based notes? Surely it cannot be that I would have to manually copy & paste the content of all existing notes into massCode.
