adds a new script remount_vfat.sh that remounts an OS mounted vfat drive to the internal storage

it seems to solve #23 without the use of setenforce and maintains compatibility with the unmount script

also for the makefile:

  1. update Makefile to use su from the path
  2. include the new script
  3. fix changed tarball folder name
