Utility scripts (now converted to Makefile targets) for managing the "Mastering matplotlib" codebase.

Targets

• make bundle - Create a Packt code bundle (zip, gzip, & bzip2 files) for all the chapters
• make clean-all - Remove bundle directories and compressed files
