LTS (Long Term Support)

  • Once the product is released, we will continue the bug fix activity for at least 24 months (= the lifetime of the product).

Quality Assurance

The quality of this OSS is managed under the project team according to the following flow.

  1. For inquiries and bug fix requests, the user sends a message to a contact person.
  2. The project will tell the answer discussed in the project to the user.
