January 05 security patch

Both seem to be working alright: no bugs encountered except for the ones posted in the XDA thread (hotword & google maps when on battery saver not working).

Edit: some users aren't happy with their battery life. to solve + improve:

1. try conservative/interactive governor and reducing the cpu/gpu freq by one or two steps
2. install app ops and set play services battery restriction to strict
3. download L Speed and set everything to battery
4. wait with the rom installed for about three to four days, battery life should stabilize as adaptive battery learns and the system settles
