Material Style Sass & ESM JS

Include Material Style's source Sass and an ES Module version of our JavaScript plugins thanks to guybedford/es-module-shims. Also includes the Autoprefixer for cross-browser CSS, Stylelint for Sass code quality, and Popper, a peer dependency of Material Style's JS used to position dropdowns, popovers, and tooltips.

How to use
