So long as you know which communications port is bound to the USB serial in use by the screen, you can declare that statically and perpetually in That said, USB hubs would add a wrinkle. |

So, I gave up on this old Turing TURZX 5" shortly after I got it in 2023 (around the first prime days) and just never sent it back. It'd be nice to use, but seeing as its incompatible with Aida64 at this time, I'm determined to get it working with SOME sort of software, and not that **** listed on their website.
I just about have everything working.
Python Installed check
GIT installed, check
python runs commandline in tuturial check
all dependancies installed, and UPDATE run on pip. check
when I try to run the actual app, I get to the config screen, but it never gives me a chance to select a USB/COM port., its always Autodetect.
Granted, I run so much off my laptop, that I have no less than 3, no wait, 4 USB(multidevice) hubs.
Is there a way in the commandline to select the port that I believe it might be? The port its plugged into is a USBA 2/3.0 port.
Any helps appreciated.
