This seems to be quite interesting especially since nx started to limit the amount of agents that can connect to their nx cloud concurrently.
But I don't unterstand how to get this working.
Sure, the docker stuff is clear. But after that? How would I use this in a CI environment? (is that even possible)
Any hint are greatly appreciated.

Yes. We are using GitHub Actions. So that would be perfect
