Recursive folds?

It will be handy for navigating hierarchical content (nested code, markdown lists).

This is my only frequent point of friction with this package: I often want to nest folds to be able to switch between viewing nested code at different levels of detail, and made frequent use of nested folds throughout my vim days.

I'm willing to work on this, though I'll be too busy to invest any significant effort for at least the next month or so. If anyone has any useful pointers to the codebase for where to start reading, I'd be thankful.
